Preston Oles
Founder & Owner
With a passion for exquisite stone craftsmanship, Preston Oles is the driving force behind Granite Galleria. As Founder and Owner since 2004, Preston combines decades of hands-on experience in the stone industry with a strong commitment to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. His keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence ensure that every project reflects sophistication, functionality, and timeless design.
Unlike many owners, Preston remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business — from templating and saw work to fabrication and installation — while leading Granite Galleria’s experienced in-house team of polishers, installers, and waterjet specialists. His passion for craftsmanship and personal involvement in every stage of the process are what truly set Granite Galleria apart.
Outside of the shop, Preston enjoys surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and their four dogs.
Tina Vaganos
Director of Operations & Client Relations
Tina Vaganos has been an integral part of Granite Galleria since 2009, bringing exceptional organization, creativity, and professionalism to the company’s daily operations. A graduate of the The Wharton School, Tina oversees the administrative side of Granite Galleria with precision and care, managing everything from scheduling and client communication to accounts receivable/payable, financial coordination, design assistance, and the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep the company operating smoothly.
Often described as the backbone of Granite Galleria, Tina plays a vital role in ensuring every project, customer, and team member stays organized and supported. She is typically the first person clients, designers, and contractors interact with, and her warm personality, extensive industry knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail help create lasting relationships built on trust and confidence. Customers appreciate not only her strong work ethic and people skills, but also her ability to make the entire process feel seamless from start to finish.
Her dedication and commitment have helped shape Granite Galleria into the respected family-owned company it is today. Quite simply, without Tina, Granite Galleria would not run with the same level of efficiency, care, and personal connection that clients have come to know and love.
Beyond the office, Tina enjoys golfing, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She especially treasures visiting Greece, where her family’s roots began, and creating lasting memories with loved ones while embracing the culture and traditions that remain close to her heart.
Carlos Maldonado
Lead Polisher
Carlos has been a valued member of Granite Galleria since 2016 and serves as the company’s Lead Polisher. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship and incredible attention to detail, Carlos approaches every project like an artist, bringing out the natural beauty and finish of each stone surface with precision and care.
His dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality play an important role in maintaining the high standards Granite Galleria is known for. Whether working on intricate custom pieces or large-scale projects, Carlos takes pride in delivering flawless results and treating every job with professionalism and respect.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys working out, cars, spending time with his children, and continuing to push himself both personally and professionally each day.
Mike Burke
Lead Templater
Mike Bursk has been an important part of Granite Galleria since 2016, serving as Lead Templater and playing a key role in the precision and quality behind every project. Known for his exceptional attention to detail, Mike ensures each template is completed with accuracy and care, helping create a seamless fit and beautiful finished product for every client.
In addition to templating, Mike works extensively with Granite Galleria’s waterjet technology, handling sink cutouts and intricate custom details that require both technical skill and precision craftsmanship. He also assists with installations, bringing versatility, experience, and a team-first mindset to every stage of the process.
Clients appreciate Mike’s calm demeanor, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. Safety is always a top priority for him, and his thoughtful approach helps projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Mike is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys planning many of his vacations around sporting events and cheering on his favorite teams.
Billy Papanikolopoulos
Lead Installer
Billy may be one of the newest members of the Granite Galleria team, but he brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the stone countertop industry. Joining Granite Galleria in the spring of 2026, Billy quickly became a valuable asset by taking on multiple roles throughout the company with skill, professionalism, and a strong willingness to help wherever needed.
From installations and templating to saw work and customer support, Billy’s versatility and hands-on experience make him an important part of the day-to-day operations. He also assists with administrative responsibilities including sales, customer communication, answering phones, and helping coordinate paperwork and project details. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset have made him a seamless addition to the Granite Galleria family.
Outside of work, Billy enjoys riding his motorcycle, golfing, playing cornhole, and spending time with his three children. He’s also known for being quite the pool shark and enjoys traveling to Greece, where his family’s roots began.
Stefanie
Admin Specialist P/T
Stefanie joined Granite Galleria in 2025 and has quickly become an important part of the team. Working closely alongside Tina, she assists with all aspects of administration including customer communication, answering phones, sales support, customer satisfaction, design assistance, and marketing coordination.
Since entering the stone industry, Stefanie has done an exceptional job learning the many details that help projects run smoothly — from understanding stone selections and materials to the behind-the-scenes coordination needed to create a flawless installation experience for every customer. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn have made her a valued member of the Granite Galleria family.
Outside of work, Stefanie loves flowers, enjoys traveling, and cherishes spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Eileen Oles
Marketing Specialist
Eileen Oles joined Granite Galleria in the spring of 2026, bringing a fresh creative vision focused on elevating the company’s marketing presence to reflect the same level of craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail that Granite Galleria delivers in every project. Alongside her husband, Preston Oles, Eileen proudly helps lead the family-owned business while modernizing its branding and online presence for today’s market.
As a professional newborn and family photographer, Eileen brings a unique artistic perspective and strong visual eye to Granite Galleria’s marketing strategies. Her background in photography and design influences everything from advertising and website development to social media branding and overall presentation. She has played a key role in creating Granite Galleria’s new website, refreshing the company’s advertising, expanding its social media presence, and developing new platforms such as Pinterest to better connect with homeowners, builders, and designers.
Focused on creating consistency across all media platforms while maintaining Granite Galleria’s recognizable orange and grey branding, Eileen continues helping the company evolve while staying true to its family-owned roots and reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Eileen enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, gardening, arts and crafts, watercolor painting, and traveling with her husband and their four beloved dogs.
